EastWest ComposerCloud+ and QuickSee Free Pro Trial Offers

EastWest, a provider of virtual instruments and audio software, offers a subscription service called ComposerCloud+ that provides access to a comprehensive library of instrument samples. The service is available worldwide and requires Mac OSX 10.13 or later, or Windows 10 or later. Subscribers can access over 100 international award-winning virtual instruments, including the Hollywood Gold series with Strings, Brass and Woodwinds, The Dark Side, Ministry of Rock 2, Spaces, and Quantum Leap Solo Violin. These instruments are described as essential tools for composers working in music, film, TV, and game genres. The library is accessible through the streamlined OPUS engine.

For users considering cancellation, EastWest advises that they can render (bounce) the instruments in their compositions to their digital audio workstation before leaving the service. If the user resubscribes later, they can activate the license and the software instrument tracks will reload for use again.

Technical support is available through EastWest’s Support Center, which offers Live Chat as the fastest method to reach a Support Team Member. Users can access this by visiting the official website and clicking the red "Chat Now" box in the lower-right corner. Users must fill in their name and email address and click "Start the Chat." If an agent is not available, users can "Leave a Message" explaining their issue, and a Support Agent will respond when available.

An educational subscription tier, ComposerCloud+ EDU, is available for $9.99 per month. This subscription includes access to the full instrument library and free educational courses such as EastWest Academy and Scoring with Opus. These courses are designed to help users follow along on their music journey without needing to spend a fortune on an expensive university.

Promotional opportunities for free products have historically been available. EastWest offered a chance to win a free Complete Composers Collection 2 through November 17. To enter, users were required to "like" EASTWEST on Facebook and answer one question on the entry form. The prize included a choice of 7 licenses from the 20 options on the included hard drive. The Complete Composers Collection 2 is described as a massive library on a 1TB pocket-size "Plug n’ Play" external hard drive with all samples installed for quick and easy access.

In the medical technology sector, EastWest hosted an event at booth 310 where visitors could mention a channel code (META25 or GO25) to unlock an exclusive $150 trial discount. This offer applied to QuickSee Free Pro, a portable device designed to deliver precision refraction, detailed wavefront maps, and patient-friendly reports in seconds. The trial offer, valid for a 10-day trial, waived the trial fee of $150. Users interested in learning how to use the device effectively could submit information about themselves and their circumstances to arrange a training session.

EastWest also offers Merchant Services to increase sales revenue and simplify business operations. These services allow businesses to accept credit and debit cards at their place of business, using a mobile device, or through their online store. The service expedites the collection of payments into the account. East West Bank now offers Commerce360, an all-in-one payment and business management platform. Sign-ups for this service include a free, all-in-one smart terminal that does more than just take payments, allowing users to accept cards, track sales, manage customers, and run their business from one device. Terms and conditions apply to these services.

Cash Vault service is also offered to transform the traditional cash depositing experience. This service is designed to reduce the liability of having excess cash on hand while minimizing the risk associated with taking cash deposits to a branch. It helps reduce trips to the branch for deposits and/or cash orders. Fee structures vary depending on enrolled services, and other bank fees may apply. Users are advised to refer to the Global Treasury and Payments Master Service Agreement for more information. Data connection is required for these services, and internet and wireless carrier fees may apply.
